We live out of state and wanted to sell our Denver house. From our first contact with Hilary until the final closing, she handled every detail with regard to the sale. She reviewed the property and made recommendations. I.e. staging and thoroughly took control of every detail. She is a true professional. She is absolutely a five star realtor that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property. We would absolutely use her again. Our only regret is, we did not have the pleasure of meeting her. She handled everything over the phone and through email. She is simply the best!!
