During the entire process, Val was very helpful and had many resources and reputable contractors' names she was able to provide, when needed, while preparing our home for sale. She brought in a wonderful photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Val's extensive knowledge of the area and the market was key to us receiving a very high price for our property. Val was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be. Val did a wonderful job negotiating on our behalf to close the deal and we couldn't be happier!! We would recommend Valerie to anyone in Colorado looking to buy or sell a home.

We worked with Shelby to tour, and eventually purchase an undeveloped mountain property. Shelby was awesome to work with! She was incredibly communicative, and went out of her way to help make sure that we got all of our questions answered. Shelby went above and beyond for our transaction. Not only did she take the time, do the research and always work to find information for us. But she was so fun and so energetic to work with! Our transaction was not the easiest...we were buying land, which is complicated to say the least. But Shelby always rolled with the punches, things that she didn't know, she was willing to research. She never pushed an agenda and always looked out for our best interest. Her intelligence and energy to solve problems was refreshing. She was game to drive up and down to the most remote and treacherous properties we could find, and follow us ALL OVER the county. Plus she's passionate about real estate!! Which is not something you find every day (even in agents). Shelby was INCREDIBLY responsive day or night, and always willing to help.
