She made buying my first home a simple and easy process despite the challenges presented. Her expertise in finance really shone through as she negotiated various deals with insurance agents and loan officers on my behalf. Having dealt with two other realtors before Suzanne, I had given up on trying to find a home, but she assured me that she could do it and she did! Suzanne is a true miracle worker and she made an impossible dream come true for me and my family. I am eternally grateful! 10/10

Ms Suzanne educated us about each step, from mortgage pre-approval to closing. Her guidance in helping us to understand the mortgage process was particularly helpful. She also demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills when an issue arose with our HOA. Her quick thinking demonstrated her ability to think outside the box to effectively get what we needed in record time. She provided support beyond just the transaction. Throughout our home-buying process, Suzanne was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Her patience and ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor!
