Ms Suzanne educated us about each step, from mortgage pre-approval to closing. Her guidance in helping us to understand the mortgage process was particularly helpful. She also demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills when an issue arose with our HOA. Her quick thinking demonstrated her ability to think outside the box to effectively get what we needed in record time. She provided support beyond just the transaction. Throughout our home-buying process, Suzanne was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development.
