You'll not find a more honest, hard working, or knowledgeable Realtor. I had a difficult property to sell and Nick had to jump through more hoops than I could count. I managed to get a multiple offers over asking price in a very tough market.

Nick Fraser helped my wife and I purchase our first home in St. Pete in April, 2015 using my VA home loan. We had very specific requirements for the home. Nick took the time to find out what we needed and helped find us something that surpassed our expectations. Since we were first time home buyers, we had a million questions and Nick was always very quick to respond. He was always very knowledgeable, personable, professional. I initially thought purchasing a home would be very tedious task, especially since we were using the VA loan. Nick helped guide us through the process and worked with the mortgage company so everything was incredibly easy and seamless. I would highly recommend using Nick as your realtor. We will definitely use his services in the future if we ever decide to upgrade!

Nick was great to deal with on both selling our house and looking for a new home to better suit our growing family. He listened to our needs and wants, gave insightful tips/opinions, and successfully helped us into a house perfect for us. He was mindful of our budget, yet negotiated more money on our closing costs to help stretch the needed renovations further after our closing. Nick was always prompt to return calls, and has great attention to detail. We would definitely use him again (though we hope to never move again!) and would recommend him without hesitation!

Within 5 days of listing my house Nick was contacting me with an offer! He had marketed the house properly, prepared us with ideas and tips for cleaning the house and de-cluttering it to make it more appealing to the buyers. Nick helped make the selling of the property extremely easy and we were only in the state for 3 days during the whole process. Any questions we had he answered or got back to us in a timely manor with the answer. Thank you Nick for the great service and I would not recommend anyone else!

Very businesslike, swift and direct while being personable. Nick got all the ducks in a line, quietly waited until my timing was right, and then struck like a thunderbolt. One could say he lucked out, but lucking out comes easier to those like Nick, who have it together in the first place.

I have known Nick for a few years now and I would enthusiatically recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the Tampa Bay area. Nick is dependable,knowledgable, and honest. Nick has a keen eye for things that need to be done to a house by way of repairs and other issues. Also, he never made us feel rushed to buy a home as some realtors have done in the past, The closing process was pretty smooth although we had a somewhat difficult seller. Nick took on our short sale in Tampa
Nick took on our short sale in Tampa. He went out of his way to familiarize himself with my market which was far from the markets he typically handled. Although short sales can be confusing and stressful, Nick stayed on top of things and made things go very smoothly. We will definitely contact Nick when we are looking for a home purchase/sale in the future.
