Tammy Londer is the best sales agent that I (and wife Elaine) have ever known. She sold us a condo in Coquina Key - North about 3 months ago. She recorded our condo requirements and found a unit that was "more than we had hoped and planned for". She is professional, precise and prompt in all that she does. ..honest and predictable !! We called Tammy looking to write a offer on a property on a Sunday. Tammy dropped what she was doing came to our home put the offer together. In 24 hours we had a contract. Tammy worked with the seller to get me access to the property ahead of closing and got the title company to expedite the closing. Tammy was fast, friendly and porfessional.

I'm a Realtor in the North East. I had a property to sell in St. Petersburg inorder to take advantage of an opportunity where I live. The property in St. Petersburg was a tenant occupied rental 1000 miles away from where I live (you may be getting a migraine just thinking about this situation). Hiring an agent as an agent , I had pretty high standards, but Tammy surpassed them all. From dealing with the tenant, and scheduling showings around them to listing the property for the right price in an unusual situation. Start to finish she was great. She was very professional, knows her market well and always answered the phone (even when she was on vacation!) I've got her on speed dial incase I ever need a Realtor in the St. Pete area again.

I was selling a condo across the bay. I chose Tammy because she resided in the same complex. It was absolutely the right choice. The condo market is changing, and buyers want To know that a complex is financially stable. Tammy was instrumental and approaching the board. To retrieve all necessary financials. She helped make sure that any inspectors got access to the property. Without these bases being covered I do not feel we would have closed in as timely of a manner.
