This was my first home buying process. I’m so glad I went with Joanne. She was very knowledgeable on the suburbs I was looking to buy in. I ended up closing on a house in the suburb I wanted the most! I had a set of criteria I was looking for in my first house. A good neighborhood, a house requiring some DIY so I can get a deal, and of course a good price. Joanne had me booked for 3 showings the next day. Guess what? The first day of our showings I wanted to make an offer on a house. Joanne acted quick and submitted an offer below list because she believed the comparables justified my offer…. After some back and forth I closed on the house for 10k under listing price and it fit all my wants! I couldn’t be happier. I’ve said it a few times, but I’ll say it again. Thank you Joanne for making my home buying process so stress free in this competitive market. I highly recommend your services!

She clearly communicated to me every step of the sale process, and was instrumental in me getting over list price for the sale of my townhouse in Bloomingdale.
