Debbie helped my fiancé and I find and buy our first home! We decided to buy during the craziness of the 2021 market and Debbie made the process easy and much less intimidating. As first time homebuyers, we needed some guidance on how to do everything properly. Debbie answered all our questions, took all our phone calls, and got us in to see houses on very short notice. She was willing to go to different neighborhoods in multiple counties to help us find the right house. She also walked us through writing an offer, finding a lender, and our settlement. Ken Milner was our only call when we decided to sell our home. We worked with Ken over ten years ago and were struck by his customer service, professionalism and knowledge of the housing market. Times may have changed but Ken has not. From our first phone call we were reminded of Ken's commitment to his clients and his can-do spirit, even in the midst of a global pandemic. Our home went on the market 3 April and we received a firm offer 26 April. I have no doubt this was due to Ken's experience, marketing plan and pricing strategy. Ken went above and beyond during the closing process answering our questions and acting as our eyes and ears on the ground as we were unable to attend closing due to distance from our current residence. We worked with Ken mostly through email and out-of-state, until we visited the area only a couple of times to look at homes in person before moving permanently. He was extremely knowledgeable about the areas, schools, attractions, process, negotiations, etc. as we had no idea never being to Maryland or buying a home. He was able to answer every question and concern we had as first time home buyers. Very patient, accommodating, and helped us find exactly what we were looking in a great price range!
