It was our first time buying a house ever and we had no idea what to expect. We called a few places to look for a real estate agent and found Dave. Debbi, helped me buy my first home in Maryland 20 years ago, her contract engineering knowledge helped us win the purchase. 5 years later she helped me buy a rental property, her contract shaping knowledge resulted in another win in a very competitive market without having to get on biding wars or spending more money than the value of the property.
