Please don't work with Kim Vetter or Erik Malmberg!! They are horrible people that tell you what you want to hear and then in the end only care about getting your money. Once they have it they are not on your side and insult you with $100 offers to settle the $16,000 you lost due to there negligence. Please protect yourself and stay clear!!!

I could NOT be more satisfied with Jessica and Cory. With so many real estate agents to choose from these days, Jessica and Cory truly stand out above the rest. Jessica did not try and sell us anything as we were looking to buy. She pointed out pitfalls of various properties in each showing. She helped us craft a competitive offer that was a mere 1% over asking, that was accepted the SAME DAY. That is crazy in the 2022 market. Not only was she a great agent, but she is a great person! After we closed and started moving, she showed up with food for TWENTY people and fed everyone who was helping us move. That saved us money, and more importantly time, on moving day. She also was able to stop by the house to receive our new stove we had delivered on closing day. Not only did she show up to accept it, but she got us 10% off the stove!! Cory helped me sell my townhome. He did a great job getting us to list at the best price and we got terrific offers. He helped translate what the offers really meant and what we can actually expect. What I appreciated most is about Cory was his zealous defense of our interests around closing. He dealt with everything the buyer's agents brought to him and took all that off our plate. I highly recommend them both!

Some people say their real estate agents become like family, and in our experience it was definitely true. We started with Cory during October 2020. When we first met we wanted to get an idea of the types of homes that were available for my parents to purchase. It was an emotional time for my parents( they weren’t ready to move, and didn’t want to look at other possibilities that would work for them. That’s where Cory came in. He kept telling them he was only providing information for them. He was professional, patient and very understanding. During this entire process Cory educated on the home selling and home buying process. He made sure my parents and the rest of the family understood what we needed to do from beginning to end. He found a buyer interested in buying the house while there were still renters inside. In additional he helped me find contractors to fix minor repairs during the contingency stage.
