Motivated agent
Kim was so fun to work with and she was so gung-ho to take on the sale of our home! She made things happen and sold it quickly! She was very quick in responding and in her communicating with us. Being out of state that was super helpful! We definitely enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to anyone.

Helped me buy my first house, it was a great experience!
She was great! She helped me buy my first home and told me in and outs I should look for. Things I didn’t think of and don’t seem like she was rushing to sell a house to make money, more so selling a house that fits me best for my comfort. Great lady!

Exceptional experience, very pleased!
Kim has great knowledge of market conditions, very focused on what was in my best interest on both selling and buying. She is keen on details and communicates perfectly thoughout the process. I recommend Kim to anyone looking for an energetic agent who definity gets things done thoroughly!! I've used other agents who only want to collect their commission while putting in minimal effort and follow-through but Kim is completely different.
