Brendon was excellent. Very friendly and professional. I loved working with him because of his positive attitude and eagerness to help. He is very down to earth and was never once condescending. He is open, honest and NOT pushy. He made a concerted effort to always allow me to have my own opinion, but was willing to give advice when asked. I would recommend him to anyone because he made this whole house hunting, bidding and purchasing a pretty smooth evolution on his end.

Brendon acted as a selling agent for a home I needed to sell, and as a buying agent for a home I wanted to buy. Buying and seling at the same time can be logistically difficult, but Brendon was there to keep it all straight and helped me to accomplish both in just over two months. He was courteous and punctual, and was always available to answer any questions I had. Overall experience was pleasurable. And I would recommend him to anyone in need of polite, professional service.
