I love helping my clients find the perfect home or for my listings, the right buyer across Henderson, Las Vegas and North Las Vegas. Specializing in the sale and purchase of single-family homes (which includes condos and townhomes), I also analyze and guide clients in purchasing income properties. Currently, I am in the top 2% of real estate agents in the Las Vegas area. After almost two decades of selling real estate in the Las Vegas Valley, I take pride in my knowledge of local neighborhoods, schools and recreation. As a listing agent, I have guided many clients through home renovations, tapping into my flair for home design. I keep current with education on the real estate market, including trends and home values (both local and national), mortgages, interest rates, first time home buyers and new housing communities. I have also taken courses to become a Certified Negotiation Expert. Having moved to Henderson with my husband and four children from Soldotna, Alaska, I know what it is like to relocate and invest in a new community. Our family has grown to love the Las Vegas Valley and all it has to offer. The various opportunities offered by such a dynamic Metropolitan area are endless. Our four children have excelled and graduated from Clark County schools and two of them are also UNLV graduates. In addition to helping my clients buy and sell homes, I love spending time with my kids and Grandkids, traveling, exercising, hiking, sewing and working on our property in Northern Arizona. Whether you’re a first time buyer or a seasoned professional I guarantee there is something Tracy can do that will just make you step back and feel grateful. My husband and I just bought our first home with our 5 month old and she went the distance. Not only did she take careful consideration of everything we said but she was also extremely prompt. It is not often you find both qualities and especially in the society we live in. She certainly is the best and I wouldn’t doubt that the entire Las Vegas Metropolitan Area would agree. I know we got the best deal we could’ve found in the economy currently, and that’s really all you can ask for. Thank you, Tracy!! Just can't say enough about this GEM of a...

Just can't say enough about this GEM of a realtor and human! She made selling my (quite frankly) neglected single family-home property a breeze. Oversaw the complete renovation from top to bottom, utilizing all her connections to get the job done pain-free to the seller. Not only did she save me tens of thousands of dollars in renovation costs but she assisted in the research, shopping , coordinating and selection of every last detail. Her taste was impeccable; her enthusiasm a delight; her patience unending; and her commitment to the perfect project was amazing. After just a few short months of a total make-over, Tracy stepped right in and used her jaw-dropping negotiating skills to get me an extremely impressive offer the first week my house went on the market. If you want someone with talent, 20+ years experience in the real estate market, enthusiasm and dedication, I would HIGHLY recommend Tracy!
