Buying a home during a pandemic could have been a stressful and trying time. Did not have that experience with Paul. Paul was there to answer my questions and made the process much less stressful. Found a wonderful townhouse and Paul worked with the owners to move quickly on an offer and closing. Paul was the middle man for the inspections and work that needed to be done on the townhouse which was a relief to me during a pandemic. Imagine what he could do for you *not* during a pandemic! I would highly recommend Paul if you are looking to buy property in Miami.
