Wow Dania! My husband and I were in the market for months trying to find a home in Miami. After we met Dania we were under contract within weeks with exactly the house we were looking for. I was out of country for most of the purchase and she handled absolutely everything for us, I called it "concierge realtor services" at one point. Inspections, legal, walk-thrus, she arranged it all. This professional works hard for her clients and never did we feel pressured. So different than other purchases I have made in the past.
