I had a particularly difficult sale to carry out as I live in Canada, had recently lost my husband and could not come to Florida to deal with the sale. Dinah came to my rescue on every front. Dinah went far beyond normal real estate agent services and helped me with the contents of the house, shipping them home to me, and dealing with my frequent meltdowns during a number of extensions to the closing date and the strange ways of Florida real estate practices. I wholeheartedly recommend Dinah to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I accepted a final price that was lower than the initial offer, but that was due entirely to my desire to sell quickly as I simply could not hang on to the house through another season.

Gladis Henriquez ,Real Estate Professional from Optimar Internacional Realty has been extremely helpful. Her real estate knowledge and experience will help get you exactly what you’re looking for. We lived across the country and she is excellent at communication. She spent everyday virtually showing us properties until we flew out to Florida to meet her in person. I purchase a townhome in Davie with Dylan and it was a great experience. Our closing was delayed months because of COVID and he was able to get multiple extensions. He negotiated this deal to where my offer was chosen over multiple other offers. He handled my insurance and association application. Full service.
