I really enjoyed working with Ali Schaaff. We sat down and talked and worked to get the perfect contract to sell my home so quickly. The photographer helped immensely with the perfect photos of my home. As soon as my home was listed by Ali on a Thursday afternoon, showings came quickly and so did the offers. She had an open house for two hours that Saturday with many in attendance. We worked together to choose the right buyers, and a contract was signed on Monday by Noon. Ali Schaaff went above and beyond in finding our “Happy Place”. Trying to find a home in Florida from Indiana was not going to be easy. When we found a home we wanted to look at, we contacted Ali, and within 24 hours, she was giving us a face time tour of that home. She was very accommodating in everything we asked, as far as opening certain cabinets, looking at windows etc. We trusted that Ali was giving an honest assessment when we could not be there in person. We eventually found a place and Ali made the purchase a breeze. She is a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her.
