I initially thought I wouldn't need a realtor, but I am so happy that a friend recommended me to work with Simone. She was incredibly helpful throughout this process and made me feel much more comfortable and confident in my decisions as a first-time homebuyer. She went above-and-beyond at every stage. For example, as we were doing a more thorough inspection of the home during the contract phase, she literally would get on the ground and point out every small thing that could be addressed by the seller before closing. The house Cricket sold for me was in the estate of my best friend. There was some pressure from the beneficiaries to sell quickly and for top dollar. It was a nice house, but could use some repair.
