We met Cecilia by chance when we were possibly moving here to Richmond Hill from Florida. We happened to be driving by a house that she had listed and met her in the yard. It was a chance meeting but definitely a wonderful coincidence. She immediately made time for us that weekend to look at a few homes. At this point we were not remotely certain about the move but that didn't discourage her from spending time with us. We did not contact her again for many months but when we did we picked right up where we left off. She was patient with us and paid close attention to the things we needed. At one point she did a Facetime showing with us on a home when we couldn't get to Georgia to see the home for ourselves. Once we found some potential homes she negotiated flawlessly on some of our concerns in the closing deal. We never doubted her expertise or her attention to our situation, being that we were doing all of this long distance from Florida. I would never consider another real estate agent because I feel she is the best there is. We love the home she found us and appreciate all that she did to make it happen. We met Cecelia by chance literally on the side of the road one day when we were house hunting ourselves. She immediately charmed us with her sweet, but professional manner and we made an appointment with her the next day to look at some homes. We were only in the area for the weekend and knew that until we had made some final decisions about moving from Florida to Georgia we would need time. That never deterred her from showing us her immediate attention and interest in our concerns and desires in a house. It was many months before we were back in Georgia but she made sure she had a whole weekend lined up with homes that fit our specific requests. We even went through the contract process on a home only to change our minds midway through. This did not get Cecelia down! She just kept moving right along. I never felt she was pressuring us into a sale or into accepting something outside of what we were looking for. She negotiated on our behalf with complete confidence and success. She helped us through this process long distance and I felt she had everything under control the entire time.
