Cecelia worked with my husband and I to find just the right investment home based on our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the area and with past experiences. We rented from her as well as bought a home through her and she was always pleasant to work with. Her assistant Amanda was on top of everything and answered all questions we had promptly. Great overall experience and will definitely contact her again in the future.

We relocated from Charlotte to Richmond Hill to be closer to my daughter, grandsons, and son-in-law
We relocated from Charlotte to Richmond Hill to be closer to my daughter, grandsons, and son-in-law. My wife has Arthritis and was unable to travel from Charlotte to help look for our new house. Cecilia, my daughter and I looked at several homes. Cecilia knew the area well and what was available in our price range. She found us a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. We are close to grocery stores, restaurants, and most importantly only five minutes from my daughter. My eldest grandson is just a few houses up from ours. My wife loved the house as soon as she walked in the door. There is no way we would have found such a beautiful home in a short amount of time without Cecilia’s help.

Cecilia and her team are outstanding. Cecilia has assisted me in the purchase, management and sale of several investment properties. Cecilia and her team are responsive to both myself and our tenants. In both the purchase of my primary home and the investment properties Cecilia is knowledgeable of the market and knows the sweet spot in both needs and values to ensure everyone is pleased with the purchase experience. Rental property is managed very well
Rental property is managed very well. I am kept updated and am always able to contact Cecelia & Amanda if needed. My husband is career Army, so such great service sets my mind at ease that our next-to-final home is in capable hands.

Cecilia and her team are absolutely amazing! We rent through them and when we had an issue they were quick to resolve it. I highly recommend Cecilia and her team for renting and or buying. Definitely go and speak to them I promise you, you wont go anywhere else.

Cecilia Bird has been wonderful as a property manager. As a tenant we have never had such a professional team as PMs. She is always making sure things are done in time and in a professional way when it comes to repairs or maintenance. We are so happy with her that we are using her as our realtor when buying our 1St home and later to be the PM of that house. Thank you Cecilia and Amanda for all you do!

Cecelia has started as our realtor when we bought our first house in Richmond Hill back in 2011, she has managed our property as a rental since 2012. Cecelia and Her assistant Amanda allow us to manage this property from North Dakota now.....they are in constant communication with us and we truly appreciate all the help they have been. Whether it’s property management or first time home butting, Cecelia has been absolutely amazing for us. Highly recommend.
