I was referred to Marcia through a friend at work. He stated that she would work very hard for my wife and me selling our home. That was an understatement! I've never had someone go out of their way like Marcia did for us. We were selling our home about 15 or so miles from her office but she would always make the effort to be there and represent our home even when other realtors brought their clients through to make sure our home was properly represented. Our home received an offer in less than 30 days in a difficult market just below asking price. I feel that all the staging tips and advice she gave was spot on. She really knows the market well. We were thankful for all the prompt communication, every time we had a question, Marcia called, texted or emailed within minutes it seemed. I was also impressed with the level of detail shown towards the pictures and reference book left at the home for others to see. She made us work hard for information about the home but in the end was so worth it. I would recommend Marcia in a heart beat to anyone looking to sell their home! Just do what she says and you'll be just as impressed as we are.
