Ann knew the best way to sell the home quickly. Within 11 days we had a signed offer. She was able to figure the best price for the listing, which helped the home sell quick. She did several Open Houses right after it as listed. Her expertise handling any questions or documents was outstanding. I was impressed on how she found me to handle the listing, in a round about way, when she heard that the house might be going on the market. Ann did not wait for her phone to ring to get a listing, she was literally out pounding the pavement trying to find a house to sell. That is a true hard worker.
