In my condo search, the first property we looked at was an incredible unit and deal on the top floor of the building that I had my eye on for awhile. Right after we saw it Kevin put together the offer, contacted the listing agent and we had an acceptance in less than 3 hours! He also has an equally amazing team of professionals (inspector, attorney, mortgage broker) to take you through the rest of the process up to the closing very smoothly and efficiently.

I contacted Kevin about selling our condo and finding our family a home to grow up in. Kevin came over and explained the selling process thoroughly, while also going over the buying details. He knew the area well and helped with staging ideas. Our condo sold the first week it went on the market! We had not even started looking for homes yet. Kevin was honest and open about the whole process. From pricing our condo to negotiating the sale, he did not keep anything back and I felt very comfortable that he was going to do his best to close the deal realistically. Kevin was always available by text or email. Since we did not have a home picked out yet, he took us out and found 7 homes within our chosen area. Each walk through was great because he would sit back and let us explore and just wait for questions. I never felt pressured and he never tried to sell us on something we did not like.
