Needed to sell our home within a month when we weren't really ready but found a home in Georgia that accepted contingency and those were the terms. Kevin got it done but unfortunately the people in Georgia backed out of the deal. We found another one soon after and now live our retirement in Georgia. We had a huge undertaking of not only selling our home but also relocating out of state and doing a significant downsize. Not only did he do a great job of marketing our home and getting us offers quickly, he also helped us tremendously with selling the contents of our home through his network of contacts.
