Best of the best

My family has moved countless times, house to house and condo to apartment, over the whole of the continental US. As you can imagine, that many relocations means plenty of buying and selling houses as each relocation means a new home and often a new realtor. After this particular move, however, I can say one thing with absolute certainty: Barbara Rybicki is the best agent we've ever had the pleasure of working with. No hyperbole. Barbara proved herself friendly, hard-working, extremely knowledgeable, and on-the-ball even when we weren't. The whole affair has been smooth sailing; every time anything even remotely veered off-course, Barbara had it handled. Something went wrong with the mortgage paperwork? She knows what to do. Need somebody to repair something? She can recommend an expert. There are few things more comforting than having someone handling your affairs who A) knows what they're doing and B) actually cares. Honestly, the very fact we were able to get this place at all was entirely her doing, as she was able to negotiate the purchase while avoiding the bidding war we were dreading. It has been an absolute joy working with her, and I wholeheartedly recommend her services.
