While looking at houses, Evan highlighted good or bad things about each property while letting me make up my own mind about each house without hard sell tactics. The house I found ended up having some major hurdles from no one's fault but Evan was able to get the deal done. Going above and beyond, he was also able to broker a deal with the separate owner of the adjacent lot at a good price.
