I was buying a rental property, and it was the first time I had ever done anything like this. Will was extremely helpful and walked me through the process every step of the way. Will also gave excellent advice in terms of what I should do and how I should approach buying and operating the property. I also felt that he had my best interest in mind and wasn’t just trying to sell me a house and move on. He also provides me with a ton of contacts and resources ranging from inspection agents, contractors, and my current property manager who is excellent as well. Overall Will made the process very clear and easy, and I will definitely be going back to him when I go to buy a second property.

Evan is a great realtor. He had a contract on the house within 30 days of it going on the market. He was very professional at taking care of all details to get to closing. He made it easy working through all the specifics of working with the Title agency, changing utilities to the buyer, and making sure all the local taxes were coordinated with the closing date. He was very responsive answering my phone calls and texts with questions about the process of selling the house. I highly recommend him!
