We had an unusual RE need as we had to sell for my step son who was out of the area. We did not know anything about the area and needed so much assistance and she walked us through every step. Not just real estate issues but cleaning out-exterminators-repair men-carpet cleaners etc. She knew them all and each and every recommendation exceeded our needs.
