I have worked in sales most of my career and know how valuable it is to build a relationship of trust. I enjoy working with both the seller and the buyer, and I am committed to ensuring you achieve your real estate goals. I grew up in South Florida and bought my home in Dunnellon in 2009. I have bought and sold several homes myself and understand that a home is more than just a place to live. I also provide extensive knowledge of the local area. In my spare time, I am a member of the Dunnellon Chamber of Commerce and I also volunteer as a Marion County Master Gardener where I am able to share my passion for gardening with the residents of Marion County. Knowledgeable and friendly

We could not have found a more knowledgeable and friendly Realtor who listened to us and understood our needs and then took her time to explain and showed us many different houses that fitted our requirements. Cheryl is a very professional, yet has a nice friendly nature that makes you feel confident in her abilities to find the right home just for you. She did just that!

An all inclusive proffessional

We had an unusual RE need as we had to sell for my step son who was out of the area. We did not know anything about the area and needed so much assistance and she walked us through every step. Not just real estate issues but cleaning out-exterminators-repair men-carpet cleaners etc. She knew them all and each and every recommendation exceeded our needs. We could not have done it without her help. She also kept us abreast of all the showings and feedback from the clients-before we had to ask. She was on top of it and was straight forward with pricing and what the market was doing. So thankful we used her for our sale and highly recommend her.
