Love the condo but living here for 6 months came into alot of issued prior owner hir unlicensed plumber to fix the leaks from the bathroom that was going to downstairs condo money out pocket to hire licensed plumber and her stated the leaks has been going longer then 6 months. The light fixture hire license electric and now bulb went out and no way to replace the bulb due to light fixture cement. Shock the appraiser and inspection didn't catch this items. HOA associates with sentry Management past due bills and owners being charged more associated , reserves on to for 2024 no way I can with one income paid HOA board members are scammers and not looking after the owners!!! 2024 will be hard paying or forcluser.. Lord give me strength

Honestly, Mr Thomas Greenaway is what a realtor should be, he knows the market well, but that should be all realtors business experience. I've only worked with him for a short time (1 month), but I gave him a challenge, at least I thought it was, he then gave me all the necessary information back to me from area compared to other nearby areas, making sure I understood the pros and cons of the market in that area and was honest to me of what he thought, not made up and which that I can appreciate. And now I am in my new condo all moved in and moving forward. Thanks Thomas

We moved to Saint Cloud this spring and spent February and March searching for a home. As our luck would have it, it was absolutely the craziest time to be buying a house in Osceola County. My husband and I met Geoffrey ,when we first started Home Shopping . We lived in NYC and decided we wanted to buy a home in Florida. Geoffrey was helpful, friendly and informative with our big decision .
