•Sharlette was very reliable when it comes to manage the property and sell the property. She was able to help me with managing the property when I had occupants and was very quick to find interested buyers for me. Working with her was easy because she went above and beyond the my expectations and was very professional when we handled all the transactions related to the sale of the house. Also, she didn't have to provide an incentive to buyer (because i already plan to sell the house a the fair or slightly below market price) but she did and for that, I'm very thankful. She was also very quick to communicate my needs to the buyer when we ran into the issue of having delayed closing.
Sharlette was my agent on the buyer side. She was amazing, extremely efficient, and very professional and knowledgeable. She was willing to give me a good discount which prompted me to question if she made enough ;) Nevertheless, I highly highly highly recommend her. In fact, I’m working with her to sell my current house right now. You have a great agent, a good agent, but Sharlette is an EXCELLENT agent. She went above and beyond and I trust her to have my best interest as we work together.
