Sharlette was very reliable when it comes to manage the property and sell the property. She was able to help me with managing the property when I had occupants and was very quick to find interested buyers for me. Working with her was easy because she went above and beyond the my expectations and was very professional when we handled all the transactions related to the sale of the house. Also, she didn't have to provide an incentive to buyer (because i already plan to sell the house a the fair or slightly below market price) but she did and for that, I'm very thankful. She was also very quick to communicate my needs to the buyer when we ran into the issue of having delayed closing.
