A.J. was extremely professional and very easy to work with.
A.J. explained at the start what his approach was on how to sell our home very quickly, but as well get the best price possible for it. He jumped in right away spending time researching and preparing things even while were still trying to decide what agent to use ... we made the right decision. He was very hands on, even helping with some caulking that was needed to make things look right. He put together a good description of our home in the ad and was open to our input helping on it. He was always available to discuss things and he kept us up to date on what was transpiring throughout the process. Not sure how he was able to do it, but he handled numerous showings, many at the same time. He did a great job in selling our home both timewise and at the right price. A very positive experience !

Over and above
A.J is not only is professional, knowledgeable and great about communicating, but goes well above any duties of a realtor. He helped coordinate a cleaning crew, move out furniture and a landscaper. He also personally helped clean up then purchased and installed trim for a finished look to insure I get the best price. I received a cash offer with no exceptions in one day. He was truly a pleasure to work with. I have purchased and sold many houses and he was the best realtor I have experienced.

I used A.J. to sell an expensive estate property and also to purchase a small investment property.
A.J. has excellent communication skills, a very broad range of real estate experience, and a surprising depth of knowledge. He stayed in touch through phone, email, and text throughout both transactions, explaining details about every stage of the process. He provided an abundance of appropriate written information, creative ideas for problem-solving, and plenty of legwork/availability. He is also a good listener with a calming presence, and high ethical standards. In both transactions, I felt that A.J. was definitely working "above and beyond" on behalf of me and my family. Over the course of these two very different transactions, I had the opportunity to observe A.J. interacting with a variety of other people. He was always respectful, honest, professional, and helpful. Two of my sisters have used him previously and also been very pleased. I highly recommend him, and will use him again should a need arise.

A.J. was simply the best.
Without A.J.'s local knowledge we would not have been able to find and purchase our dream home. We were from the Midwest and needed someone we could trust who understood our needs. Guadalupe is Compassionate and Patient...Exactly what we needed as a family
We viewed an insane amount of homes with Guadalupe both online and in-person. She was available and flexible the entire time. She understood what we wanted as a family, noticed some wants/needs we failed to articulate, coached us through the not-buyer-friendly market, remained optimistic, and continued to be our patient cheerleader throughout the whole process. Hopefully, we won't need to look for a home in the near future but if we did, she would be our FIRST call! We absolutely adore her and recommend her to anyone who wants an honest and attentive realtor! Thank you, Guadalupe!

Excellent Experience
Guadalupe is a very dedicated hardworking realtor and went out of her way to ensure we got what we asked for. After many offers that fell through, she kept our spirits up and continued to show homes even after left we headed back to New Jersey. We seen many more homes through video chats and finally landed a home we loved. She helped us through the entire closing process and was very involved to ensure closing went smooth with all the appointments needed for inspections on our new home. Even after closing and moving in, Guadalupe continued to keep on touch for any additional help we may need. Her dedication is second to none and we highly recommend her for your next home purchase.
