She is very friendly and a knowledgeable person in this job. Whenever you contact her, she would respond almost right away. She always did some researches about the houses that you want to visit to see if there is any issues such as flood/sink hold/foundation issues/etc. that you might reconsider buying it or move on the next house. She is definitely not the person to push you to buy the house without thinking it's better for you or not. I highly recommend her to all sellers/buyers. She will always be on your side.
