Mark was a pleasure to work with. He brought in a stager who gave excellent advice on how to present our home, and then a photographer who took beautiful photos. After eight days, we accepted an offer above asking. Mark walked us along the whole process, and was always available to answer our questions. I had never bought a house before contacting Mark, so I was very unsure of the whole process and what I could expect. From the beginning, Mark was happy to answer questions and was so reliable in his communication. He has a great network of other professionals that can help you with the home-buying process, too, which was an invaluable resource as a first time buyer! I really can't say enough great things about my experience working with Mark because he made the process, which I've heard can be crazy and stressful, so smooth and enjoyable!
