•Being a military family, we are faced with the challenge of having to move every few years. While that certainly brings a lot of stress, Helen simplified the process for us, told us exactly what we needed to do, and came through in every way. She suggested we go out of town for the weekend and said she'd have multiple offers for us when we returned... and that's exactly what happened! She was able to get us over asking price with a rent-back agreement which was critical for our family. Everything happened as she said it would. Not only was Helen interested in helping us sell our house, but she took interest in our family as well. She learned our kids names, talked to them when they were around, knew about our jobs, and even supported our family during a 100-mile run/fundraiser that my husband put together before our move. She became our friend as much as our realtor! This was our first experience selling a house and Helen made it very smooth for us. We are so thankful that she was recommended to our family and look forward to recommending her to military friends in the future.
