Helen is a native of Albuquerque and loves our gorgeous Land of Enchantment. She is committed to helping clients obtain exactly what they want and have the most stress-free and fun experience as possible. She is most inspired when she has the opportunity to be creative, work hard for her client’s goals, and build lasting relationships. Licensed since 2003, Helen has received multiple top producer awards from the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtor (GAAR), achieving top 1% of realtors in Albuquerque. She received her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 2015, the most difficult realtor designation acquired by only 3% of realtors worldwide. Helen shares her strong work ethic and core value of being customer centric with the Q Realty® team. Consulting with sellers, Helen has a time-tested and proven track record of getting properties sold, often faster and for more money than clients anticipated. Helen takes the time to identify a client's specific needs and goals, and then offers extremely personalized service. She creates beautiful spaces by being involved in recommendations for the necessary repairs and staging to show homes in the best possible light. Working with buyers, Helen leaves no stone unturned and makes sure her clients never miss a single opportunity. Because of the tools she employs and her constant review of the Multiple Listing Service, her clients are often the first to learn of exciting new listings and price reductions. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Helen works hard to ensure that her clients find and purchase their dream home and avoid costly bidding wars. She is honored to serve as the Education Chair of the Leadership Team for the state of NM National Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) from 2015 - 2020. When Helen is not being inspired by her wonderful clients and colleagues, she spends her time outside in our amazing Land of Enchantment. She loves skiing, hiking, and biking with her husband, Will. She enjoyed supporting our community by being on the Run for the Zoo Committee from 2012 to 2019. Helen dedicates herself to each client she works with and is inspired to create the best possible outcome and create lasting relationships. She looks forward to getting to know you and making all of your real estate dreams come true.

I would have drowned in all the red tape. Helen helped me work out the details with the solar panel company that benefitted both myself, the seller, and the buyer. She was excellent at following up after the closing.

She was the right fit

Helen Jackson was recommended to us by a friend with property in Santa Fe. After that recommendation, and a conversation or two, we knew she was the right fit. She understood what we were looking for and immediately cultivated a list of relevant homes. We didn't live in the area at the time, so she set up numerous virtual tours. She told us the truth about what she saw and didn't try to talk us out of the vision we wanted for our house. It took a little while, but we found the right one. She's the best.

She great when I worked with her the first time, I didn't consider anyone else

Helen was originally recommended by a family member, that counts for a lot. She great when I worked with her the first time which is why I didn't consider anyone else this time. Helen had a professional photograph the house so that the picture's for the online posting looked great and really represented the house well which got us a lot of interest quickly. She also guided us in comparing the offers we had and we ended up with a very fast sell and smooth closing She's just the best

Super professional

Super professional. Gave us great advice on fixing up and staging the house along with starting with an appropriate asking price. House sold within a couple of days of going on the market.
