My husband and I were looking for our dream home. We were also in our 2nd trimester of pregnancy when it showed up on the market. Chad assured us if we wanted to sell our home it would go quickly. We anticipated a few weeks and with the way the market was going, we had 3 showings and our house was sold. We had 2 dogs and 2 small children so the thought of showings was a complete and udder fear of ours. It went great, and quick. He was very accommodating to us and aware of how stressful moving can be with small children and pregnant. We ended up delivering our child and moving a week later. Chad helped us pack, helped us figure out storage and was with us every step along the way. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to walk along side of us during this difficult, yet amazing transition. We are now in our dream home and couldn't be happier. . James and Karen were awesome. Guided us through an interstate move. They were able to negotiate a new construction home deal for a fraction of the cost of older homes. Saved us a lot of money and we got more than we expected. James and Karen were responsive to every request. Fastest closing and move we could have imagined. Thanks a lot. What an incredible experience and professional team! The Olsen Team assisted me in every step of the way with their knowledge, market expertise, experience, and negotiation! This was our first home and we purchased with a VA Loan. I had a lot of questions and concerns that the Olsen's handled for me. They made the buying process extremely smooth. They had our best interest at heart and it really showed throughout the entire process. Scott was fantastic, he always answered our questions and helped every step of the way. He was very honest on pricing and our expectations were met in every way. Having a family emergency happen a week before closing, Scott was able to work with everyone involved so I could close early. He set a 45 day closing expectation and closed 13 days earlier. I would recommend Scott to anyone and even use him in the future if needed.

The Olsen Home Team was an EXCEPTIONAL team to work with. We recently relocated from a different state, and we couldn't have asked for better realtors. Our journey to getting here was a lengthy one, over a year and a half. But James and Karen were super understanding and helpful throughout our entire process. Although we weren't first time home buyers, there were still a lot of differences in this state vs. our previous home's state. James was knowledgeable and able to help answer questions, or if he couldn't then he'd tell us who could. He also did some great negotiating on our behalf. With realty there are always unforeseen issues, and circumstances that change. They took these in stride and helped us every step of the way. They were super responsive and timely. As a first time homebuyer, I had NO idea what I was getting myself into. James made things so easy for me. Never "salesy". He was always very informative when I asked questions. He lets the homes speak for themselves and actually cared about how I felt about each home. He was an advocate for me during the negotiating and closing processes and if I ever had any questions I knew I could give him a call and get an answer right away. He's so easy to work with and I trusted him right away. Just a really great person in general! I wouldn't refer my friends or family to anyone else.

Olsen Home Team was so easy to work with. As a young couple coming from a different state, the process for finding a home and making an offer was as painless as I could have imagined. James even referred us to a mortgage company in Wisconsin that proved to be just as easily to work with as the Olsens.
