James helped us find our new home. After looking at several homes, we decided to purchase a home that was already under construction. During this process, we decided to change lots and move to a different home. James worked with the builder to make this happen. Throughout the transaction, James was available to do tours of the home while it was under construction. He communicated with the builder to make sure things were taken care of right up until we closed.

I have worked with Jo on buying 2 homes and selling 1 of them and you couldn’t ask for a better person to deal with she’s confident in what she has to say and extremely knowledgeable and if there’s something she doesn’t know she’s out to find out the answer immediately to get the customer an answer she straight forward she’ll tell you if she thinks your plan or plans are doable or not realistic and she works hard in finding homes to fit your criteria and the perfect buyer for your home I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling she’s great to deal with!!

We anticipated a few weeks and with the way the market was going, we had 3 showings and our house was sold.
