If I text Erica at 11pm about a question about the house. Erica will definitely respond right back. Even though at times Erica knew I was getting impatient. Erica would say something like you got this and this is your house. That would put a smile on my face. I also feel like Erica is the best Realtor. Because she has a sweet heart.
