Erica Ferrell is a great Realtor. Who works very hard. What I mean by that. Is anything I needed to ask Erica. Erica would answer my question. Not just some of my question but all my question. If I text Erica at 11pm about a question about the house. Erica will definitely respond right back. Even though at times Erica knew I was getting impatient. Erica would say something like you got this and this is your house. That would put a smile on my face. I also feel like Erica is the best Realtor. Because she has a sweet heart. Who knows to deal with all type of people. What I have learned from Erica is being patient and working as a team. Is worth waiting for and working for.
