I had one heck of a ride going through the process of buying a house, but I don't think it would have had as good of an outcome if Sean hadn't fought tooth and nail for my appraisal. He had good suggestions for housing areas to live in, and explained the mortgage payments, and what you would get, and pay in one house vs another. Fun guy to work with. Even though it was a long process because I had rough luck, it all worked out in the end and I'm in a house I love in an area I love.

Sean reached out to my husband and I after expressing interest in a home on Realtor.com. While that option fell through (no fault of Sean's), we soon found another house we really liked. In the end, we closed on the home and are very happy here so far. Sean provided relatively good assistance throughout the process. We quickly found that there were effective and ineffective ways to communicate with him - an example being if we made multiple requests or asked several questions in an e-mail or text, he would typically only address a few of them. We found ourselves feeling relatively confused throughout the closing process, and Sean's way of making us feel better often involved talking about what a good realtor he is.
