I was needing to sell my house quickly. I also live almost 3 hours away from the house. I can't recommend Mitzi any higher as a real estate agent! I prepared myself for what I thought would be a stressful project, but I was big-time surprised! Mitzi and her team moved quickly every step of the way. Communication with Mitzi was excellent. Since I could not be in the area, Mitzi helped with all kinds of details throughout the whole process. It was a whirlwind (in the best, possible way)! :) I had multiple offers within a day of listing (most over the asking price). Mitzi then had an open house the following 2 days (gaining an additional new offer!) and by the 4th day, I chose a buyer ($85k over asking)! The paperwork and final details with the buyers were smooth thanks to Mitzi and her team. Mitzi handled it all... always keeping me in the loop. Mitzi even arranged for a mobile notary to come to me to sign the final papers. On top of it all, Mitzi is a gem to work with and makes herself available for whatever unexpectedly shows up during a sale or purchase. I was under a great deal of stress to get this sale done asap, but selling the house was actually a pleasure! This is not often the case with property dealings. I'm so grateful! Buying or selling a home is a huge endeavor, and just the documents alone can be overwhelming. Mitzi was a wonderful partner through it all! 💯
