When our home in Florida went under contract much quicker than expected, we needed a Nashville area agent quick. Our Florida agent put us in touch with Mitzi and she has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was willing and able to adjust her schedule on short notice to accommodate our house hunting visit. She was very knowledgeable about the area we were focused on and showed us around and provided insight in addition to scheduling our home visits. She communicated continuously and was always very responsive. At one point she helped us identify a potential issue with a home we were interested in because of a recently approved development plan that would have a significant impact on the neighborhood. Once we identified a newly built home on which we wanted to make an offer, she helped us negotiate with the builder both in terms of price, requested concessions and items that we wanted to have corrected before closing. Now that we have closed, she continues to assist us in making sure that the builder follows through with their promises. In summary, we couldn't have asked for a better agent.
