My wife and I have purchased three homes and sold two with Scott. If you’re someone who doesn’t enjoy working with a knowledgeable, patient, helpful, respectful real estate agent who keeps their clients’ needs front and center and who has high character as integrity, then don’t work with Scott. But if you DO value those things when partnering with a real estate professional, then give him a call. He and his team that he leads at Preview Properties are, as stated previously, simply the best.

Gwen knew the local market well and worked with us, often on short notice, to view homes all over the area. She also did a great job of advertising our previous home so we could sell quickly and move into our new home. She was professional and courteous and helped every step of the way. She learns what you really want and helps you figure out if the option before you is really “you” or not. Good realtor - no complaints. We were even provided a free day with a moving truck!

Priscilla was extremely knowledgeable about how to price our home, creating a fabulous and accurate descriptive and putting it on widely trafficked online sites, dealing with multiple offers and subsequent purchasing agreements etc. to referring capable inspectors/repair contractors. She was so sharp when negotiating with potential buyers and their agents that the process leading to a positive outcome seemed effortless leaving us with little to no anxiety! She was always available even during a busy season to take our calls, answer any questions we may have had or listen and be sympathetic when we needed a little support.
