If Mearle did not know the answer to a question he would find the answer soon and follow up. If he could not show a home due to scheduling conflicts his partner was right there to step in. Extremely patient and relaxed no pressure talked to you like a friend not a salesman.

Neal Sanford is amazing to say the least. I dreaded having to sell my deceased father's home. My family and I had a pretty unusual circumstance surrounding the sale of the property. Neal did not hesitate to dig right in and help in any way he could, reassuring me all along the process. We recently had the privilege of working with Kathy a second time. Kathy helped us purchase our first condo. In now selling the same condo, we knew we wanted to work again with Kathy and have her as our agent. We can't speak highly enough of Kathy as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. We sold our condo in the middle of Covid outbreak (July 2020). Kathy took all the necessary precautions to make sure everyone was as safe as possible. Upon entry, mask and gloves were provided for buying agents and clients. Safety for all was a top priority for Kathy. Kathy had a knack for attention to detail. She wanted to make sure we had the best available pictures to show our condo. Kathy hired a professional photographer to take pictures. The pictures turned out great as they showed exceptionally well on all the listing web sites. In selling our condo, we had lengthy negotiations with buyers. During these negotiations, we felt like Kathy always had our best interest in mind. We appreciate her experience and patience as we navigated discussions with the buyers. We have and will continue to recommend Kathy to all our family and friends.
