I strongly recommend Alex. He helped me buy a condo in FL and negotiate a sweet deal with the seller. He knows the ins and outs of the real estate market in his area and has a lot of experience. Alex is not only a realtor but also a property manager. As such, he views a potential transaction in its entirety and his go/no-go recommendation takes into consideration the short-term gain as well as the potential cash flow down the line. This is extremely important to the investors among us.
