Leaving Florida in 2017 the Tegov family went above our expectations in selling our beautiful home in Fort Lauderdale. Our family recommend Prestige Waterfront and will also use them in the future again. Thank you Prestige Waterfront! Walker family.

THANK YOU SO SO MUCH !!!! HOPE TO BUY WITH YOU AGAIN ! 🙏 Great team! SUPER knowledgeable and professional !

i have been working with Tegov family so many years. They have listed and rented my home and 2 of my friends apartment in 1 day and worked like their own property. they are very honest people. Always pleasure working with them. i am definitely recommending to all my friends who needs a realtor .

Very professional and extremely knowledgeable . Maya goes "above and beyond" to find a way to provide the best service and protect the interest of her client. I have recommended Maya ever since I purchased my first home with her and didn't hesitate to buy my second through her agency. I will definitely ask for her help once I am on the market to buy or sell again. Buying or selling a house is one of the most important decisions we make in our lives, and using such a professional real estate agent always gives me "a piece of mind". Thank you Maya for all your help!

We are returning customers to Prestige since we had purchased & sold our first condominium with this company. We received the most professional & personable service from them. When purchasing our second condo, Prestige knew exactly what we were looking for and they found us the best property at the best price. From start to finish we are completely satisfied. We highly recommend this family run business to anyone that is looking for property in South Florida.

I’ve bought my second property with prestige an all I can say they are awesome it’s a one stop shop if your buying a home or condo or even looking for a rental Maya an her son Alex are pushy people looking to make a fast buck they really care for there clients an look out for them an even there daughter illanna does mortgages all on the premise you gotta chk them out tell em I sent you

I have worked with Iliana and Alex for years and I plan lots more

We put in multiple offers with Annette. She is very professional and knowledgeable. We succeeded in acquiring a property within our budget thanks to her negotiating skills.

Alex is a true professional. He is an expert in real estate and is knowledgeable in many more aspects related to real estate. His friendly and calm demeanour makes the whole process pleasantly smooth and efficient. He always has something to bring to the table, provides suggestions and alternatives to make important decisions easier to make. I have peace of mind knowing that he is handling things when I'm not available.

I have used Alex for two purchases and one sale of condo's in the Fort Lauderdale area. I have always had excellent experiences in dealing with him. I do not live full time in the Fort Lauderdale area and his expertise of the market was essential in ensuring my purchases were at the lowest price reasonable and my sale was at the maximum for the market. He was very responsive to all my request and went out of his way accomadate my sometimes difficult schedule. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone needing real estate services,

Alex was amazing! I am actually in a similar field and I honestly know the ins and outs of it all so I was impressed that he made it a point to answer all of mine and my husbands questions with ease. He was extremely thorough and very easily accessible when we had questions.
