As usual a pleasure, this is the third time we turned to Raj for help. He is knowledgeable of the area and the housing environment. Very considerate for what my wife & I were looking for in properties and the area amenities. Respectful of our time by having a plan with properties we are interested in and easy going nature makes for a pleasant journey. Raj helped us during negotiations by enforcing our demands towards the seller arguments and encouraging us at times to seek a middle path getting us a great deal. He was responsive and communicated thoroughly during every step of the way including closing. During the closing process Raj was instrumental in keeping our closing date on track despite numerous obstacles. Raj is family, he has helped us purchase two properties now and sold one, each have only taken a month to execute from decision to closing. Raj and his team were efficient and focused on getting the best deal for us, we are grateful.

I recently purchased an investment property in Kissimmee Florida and Ranjit Wasu was my realtor.
