Ranjit is the best realtor. He beat 17 other offers on our dream house just 6 mins from disney. I am typing this poolside. Thank you so much Ranjit for working so hard and making our dreams come true.

As usual a pleasure, this is the third time we turned to Raj for help. He is knowledgeable of the area and the housing environment. Very considerate for what my wife & I were looking for in properties and the area amenities. Respectful of our time by having a plan with properties we are interested in and easy going nature makes for a pleasant journey. Raj helped us during negotiations by enforcing our demands towards the seller arguments and encouraging us at times to seek a middle path getting us a great deal. He was responsive and communicated thoroughly during every step of the way including closing. During the closing process Raj was instrumental in keeping our closing date on track despite numerous obstacles. Raj is family, he has helped us purchase two properties now and sold one, each have only taken a month to execute from decision to closing. Raj and his team were efficient and focused on getting the best deal for us, we are grateful.

Raj Wasu has the ability to make his clients feel comfortable and confident in his ability to convey the necessary information on the property he is representing. He is not the usual PUSHY Realtor. He does not over-whelm a client with needless, unnecessary verbiage . Raj is a master at explaining details that are germane to the property in which a client is interested in purchasing. It does not take long for a client to realize that he is dealing with an honest, forthright business man....a Realtor whose main objective is establishing a strong sense of trust between himself and his client. BRAVO, RAJ. GOLD STAR, an A+ and an unqualified BIG 10+ rating from both me and my Uncle Phil.

I recently purchased an investment property in Kissimmee Florida and Ranjit Wasu was my realtor. I live in New York so I needed someone I can 100% trust and count on to get me all the information needed to purchase an investment. He was amazing!!! He had all different homes lined up for me to see, clearly did the research on each home beforehand, helped me obtain all the numbers needed, make calls, and help in any way possible. I needed someone I could trust, and I 100% trust Ranjit Wasu and would refer him to anyone. Thank you Ranjit, and we will be doing more business together in the future
