We all know that this a a sellers market which is why a buyer needs a sharp and knowledgeable agent. This house sold within 36 hours from when it went onto the market and I had to outshine 32 other competitive bids. Not easy for me to do from 1200 miles away but I had Ranjiy as my agent and he did it for me and sealed the deal. He supplied me with a lot of information during this high pressure short term process but it was the right information to help me make educated decisions which helped me to secure a contract and ultimately purchase this house. I wasn't even the highest bidder, but I apparently had the sharpest agent. Thanks Ranjiy!

What a terrific experience. Living in New York and buying in Florida I got so lucky finding Darryl,Anglin. Not being here in person Darryl was my eyes and contact. When we finally found a house he was on top of the negotiations and got the deal done. Always pleasant, answering the phone whenever I called and always knowledgeable. Seeing the home only on line, I must say I was a little uneasy but again Darryl Anglin eased my fears. He followed through the sale until we closed and even after. We finally arrived in Florida and have seen the home. We are thrilled. And still I am relying for n Darryl with questions and he always is available to help me.
