Not a good experience

She did not have our best interest in mind. I believe she lied by omission when it came to knowledge she had about homeowners insurance. The home inspector she raved about was awful as well. He missed a roof leak and a completely rotted out sub floor and wet drywall. Never let an agent represent the buyer and the seller. Lesson learned on our part. We should’ve had our own realtor.

Good experience

Sue did a great job for us. We had a couple of sales fall through because of the buyer’s financing but she persisted and found the right buyers. We were pleased and felt she went out of her way to accommodate us.
